John Benjamin (of the parish of Llangeitho) on 16 March 1792 in the parish of Llanbadarn Odwyn assaulted Mary Lloyd by fixing and fastening both his hands round her neck and throat and choking and strangling her so that she instantly died (WALES 4/905/3).
The Hereford Journal Wednesday 18 April reports his execution on Friday 13 April at the age of 18 and Mary Lloyd as being aged 70 and of Kilehyg.
