Mary Fox guilty of privately stealing 100 yards of white lace (valued at £5) from Hannah Shaw, in her shop at Egremont on 10th December 1785. She was recommended as an object of mercy. I have not traced a reprieve yet nor is there a report of her execution. Unlikely to have hanged .
