James McIntrye guilty of being found at large in the Kingdom before expiry of the term for which he was transported.
Expenses for executing these two are claimed by the Sheriff. I have not found a reprieve for them but the Exeter Flying post makes no mention of their execution. The Western Flying Post states that all death sentences at these Assizes were reprieved.
