Bernard Walden shot Joyce Moran 21 and Neil Saxton 20 with a revolver at Rotherham Technical College.
He was fond of Joyce Moran but she was more interested in Neil Saxton. Around 7.30pm on 7 April 1959 Bernard Walden saw Joyce Moran and Neil Saxton talking in a corridor of the collage where he was an assistant lecturer. Without saying anything he went to his locker and took out a revolver with which he shot them dead. After he fled and was not arrested until 1 May when he was found in Reading.
