Jennet Reynolds in the parish of New Moat on the 20 March 1738 gave birth to
a male bastard child which she immediately assaulted so that the child died
(WALES 4/812/4). The Indictment is not marked with a verdict whereas the
Jury list for the trial is marked Guilty. The NLW Internet site indicates a not guilty verdict.
