Joseph Skidmore, a common carrier between Stourbridge and Birmingham, guilty of the murder of Ann Chandler, whom he was engaged to carry from Birmingham to Cradley on the afternoon of 10th December 1774 and who was discovered the next morning by the roadside in the parish of Halesowen having been strangled.
