Jeremiah Abershaw (otherwise Haversham) found guilty on an indictment for shooting at Barnaby Windsor in the dwelling house of John Churcher  in the Liberty of the Clink within the parish of St Saviour, Southwark on 12th January 1795.  He was also found found guilty on an indictment for the murder of David Price at the same time and in the same location.

After execution his body was hanged in chains on Wimbledon Common.
