John Ralph, aged 21, found guilty on an indictment for the robbery on the King’s Highway of the River Thames of William Ord in the parish of St Mary, Rotherhithe on 15th October 1786: robbing him of a silver-cased watch (valued at £4), a steel watch chain (valued at 6d), a silver seal (valued at 2/-), a steel watch key (valued at 1d), a brass watch key (valued at 1d) and a linen handkerchief (valued at 1/6). Left for execution. No reprieve traced but not reported as executed as were the above six.
