Henry Pearce guilty of breaking into the dwelling house of John Oswald the elder in the parish of Hanbury on 7th August 1742: and stealing therefrom a gold ring (valued at 14/-),  4 flaxen shirts (valued at 4/-),  10 flaxen napkins (valued at 5/-), a silver ring (valued at 6d), a silver spoon (valued at 4/-), a silver buckle (valued at 2/-) and 4/- in  money numbered.
