Alfred Waddington murdered his illigitimate child aged 2 at Lord Street, Park, Shefield and attempted to murder the childs motherand anotherwoman. He had cut the childs head off.
Alfred Waddington was known to have a bad characterand had previously been tried for highway robbery.
