Both hanged on Mortimer Common, afterwards in chains there. Friday, 9 March 1787 (Reading Mercury) Abraham Tole (aged 19) indicted for the murder of William Billimose, by beating him with a stick and fracturing his skull, in the parish of Padworth on 2nd February 1787.
