Joseph Brown of Manchester, guilty of the highway robbery of Joseph Jones in the parisah of Prestwich on 15th November 1803: robbing him of a purse (valued at 2d), 3 gold guineas, 20/- in money numbered, 12 copper half-pennies, 12 copper pennies and a penknife (valued at 3d).
