John Rhodes (otherwise John Dugdale) guilty of the highway robbery of William Cooper in Manchester on 6th April 1801: robbing him of a pair of leather shoes (valued at 2/-), 2 cotton waistcoats (valued at 2/-), a pair of woollen breeches (valued at 2/-), 2 pairs of cotton stockings (valued at 2/-), 5 cotton neck handkerchiefs (valued at 5/-) and 5 pocket handkerchiefs (valued at 2/-) - the property of Benjamin Stable; and of a leather portmanteau (valued at 10/-) and a leather trunk (valued at 10/-) - the property of William Stable.
